11/23/2019 0 Comments Self-CareI took a much needed self-care day yesterday. The most important thing I did was release any agenda for the day. I notice that even when I intend to take a day away from responsibilities and to-do lists, the really good self-care shoulds still have a tendency of creeping in. I should read a book, take a nap, soak in the tub, get a massage, pray, create art, go to a yoga class, etc. So what I did instead was try to simply listen and respond to myself by regularly checking in throughout the day.
